This lovely ornament is based on Ruth Thompson’s “Checkmate” piece and features “The Black King.” His mate is “Checkmate the White Queen.” This fierce black dragon is perched up stones which are mounted on an iridescent glass globe. He would love to protect your Christmas tree but will insist upon being on display all year long! This includes a ribbon for hanging.
